Founded in 2020 by Sid and Craig, CLS Group started with property maintenance services and quickly expanded into larger building projects after securing contracts with maintenance firms. Sid and Craig has over 10 years of experience in in the building trade, and another team member has more than 15 years in residential work.

What We Do

CLS Group offers a wide range of services, from minor maintenance, and repairs for quick tenancy properties to full house refurbishments, including kitchens and bathrooms. The scope of work varies from standard council housing to bespoke, high-end living spaces. The company is diversifying into electrical work, now holding NICEIC certification, and is already Gas Safe registered.

We work with prominent clients such as Axis Europe, Peabody, Hammersmith & Fulham Council, L&Q, Metrus, and Grainger PLC, handling projects across the housing and property maintenance sectors. Our long-standing relationships are a testament to the quality of our work.

The business is family-run and self-funded by Sid and Craig. Despite rapid growth, CLS Group remains focused on maintaining quality and strong client relationships. We are expanding organically, taking on more staff and management as we look to grow in the future.
